The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office has been awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000.00 from the Missouri Department of Public Safety.  This Local Law Enforcement Block Grant will be used to purchase officer and vehicle safety equipment for the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.  The $10,000.00 grant is the maximum an agency can apply for with the grant.
