Update # 1

Lawrence County Homicide, Aurora, MO.

 

Charges have formally been filed by the Lawrence County Prosecuting Attorney and warrants have been issued for the suspect.

Austin M. Stone, 24, of Billings, MO has been charged with:

1st Degree Murder

Armed Criminal Action

Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

Theses charges are the result of the homicide investigation where the victim Joshua B. Snider, 33, of Aurora, MO was found deceased as the result of an apparent gunshot wound.

Stone, is being held in the Lawrence County Jail without bond.  Stone is also wanted in the state of Kansas on unrelated charges.
