The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office has identified the second subject found deceased in the incident that occurred in rural Pierce City.

Kaydee Moerer, age 10 of Pierce City, was found deceased with what appeared to be a gun shot wound at her residence this morning.  Kaydee is the biological daughter of Sara Spears who was also found deceased at the residence with an apparent gun shot wound.

The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office is investigating this incident as a homicide and will be waiting on the results of an autopsy which is scheduled for Tuesday morning for further determination. 

The investigation is continuing and more information will be released as it becomes available.
