This award is given to employers of Missouri Guard and Reservists who go "Above and Beyond" what is required for employers who have both active and veteran service members.

Sheriff DeLay accepted this award from Major General Stephen L. Danner and Vice Admiral Robin Braun at a ceremony in St. Louis on June 5, 2015.

Only twelve (12) employers in the state of Missouri received this distinguished award.  An employee of the organization had to nominate their employer to begin the process.
